LCAPlus! How To Join...

LCAPlus starts June 1st of each year and ends May 31 of the next year.  To join, you need to complete and sign an application which is available by calling 1-888-463-PLUS (7587).  Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted or you may send a check with your application.  You will receive membership confirmation and membership cards by mail.  

If you wish to join in mid year, the cost is the same. 

Renewals must be made annually, prior to June 1st to avoid disruption of your coverage.  You will receive a reminder by mail.
